      Pros

      TEKsystems staff are courteous and friendly. They are available to help resolve issues and are flexible and supportive. They provide basic feedback about your job performance from client managers and pass along praise when warranted. TEKsystems interview process is thorough and professional. They are proactive at attempting to find a good fit for your skills and experience.

      Cons

      While TEKsystems seems to handle the basics of staff augmentation well, they do not reflect the flexibility required to market consultants in the higher pay range. They have a one size fits all model that fails to match more sophisticated skill sets to appropriate positions. There is a principal consultant program that offers some minimal rewards to consultants who bring in additional work. The program is poorly structured and the return offered to consultants does not make it worth while to invest much time in it.
