      Good Place to Start Career

      Pros

      This is a great place for new college grads to start their career. The team is great, you will learn the ins and outs of a sales org and have great training and development opportunities.

      Cons

      There is not great work life balance and flexibility, there are very high standards around metrics, the runway time to get successful is short and it is a very high pressure environment with often times unrealistic goal expectations, so this isn't for everyone

      Pros

      They have really good projects and clients Interview process and onboarding was smooth If a client wants to take you in, TEKsystems doesn't hold anything against you, they give you the freedom to move.

      Cons

      Great hikes are promised during the interview and initial stages, but within 2 years and 6 months, all I got was one 6 percent hike, despite client manager giving me a really good feedback. No response to any issues or complaints raised from HR team. Emails are ignored/ copy pasted answers are given despite multiple follow ups. Candidate managers will be assigned but they don't really contribute much, despite any greviences reported- they just take quarterly calls with you to take down notes and not really do anything about it . Asked for a 2 month holiday and was asked to either cancel plans or quit- I wonder how the maternity policies work here in that case. Eventually quit as the HR teams are least bothered about employee welfare, although the client I worked for was actually really great.
