      Strong Client Experience Role, Challenging Leadership Environment

      Pros

      I worked as an Account Manager for over a year. The client-facing aspect of the role was rewarding, and I gained valuable experience managing relationships and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      However, the leadership style significantly impacted morale and retention. Management was highly micromanaging, often focusing heavily on minute details in a way that felt more about optics than development. Expectations around daily output were extremely high and, at times, unrealistic. Communication could be inconsistent and emotionally driven. There were instances of public conflict in the office, which created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. Favoritism was noticeable, and standards did not always feel evenly applied across the team.

      Health Insurance Sucks

      Pros

      They leave you alone. Dental and vision insurance are fine.

      Cons

      Health insurance is just outrageously bad. Like, unless you have a chronic condition and have near constant doctor appointments, you will lose so much money with this.
