My experience with this employment agency was very disappointing. The account manager was rarely available and communication was poor throughout the engagement. Consultants were often left in the dark about project status, client expectations, and contract updates. When challenges came up with a difficult end client, there was little to no support or advocacy provided. It felt like consultants were expected to handle serious issues alone without proper representation. I would not recommend them if you expect transparency and consultant support.
