      Imagine riding in a roller coaster and having fun and then all of a sudden.... BOOM ⚰️

      Pros

      - There are some REAL people that work in this company that actually give a damn about you. The others, they can go straight to.... (Fill in the Blank) - Once you get some placements and you see it on your checks, you’re good to go! Bonus checks are nioceeee - Free lunch (Everyday) 🤪 - Leave at 4-5 everyday (Ones that stayed until 5:30, 6, 7, 8 well they were drinking the Kool-Aid). You can do the job at home, you got a laptop and cellphone (And is expensed) right????

      Cons

      - ATLANTA NORTH, DOWNTOWN HAS THE WORST LEADERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN APART OF IN MY ENTIRE LIFE (There are still some players that are floating around... I won’t say any names, but HE ruineddd single handily the North office. - New AM’s complain about people having business and rat you out to leadership (One of them still sit in the office till this day). They want handouts 24/7

      Good company to learnt the craft but volatile culture

      Pros

      I learned so much from training, from my superiors, and just by doing the job day in and day out. They have really good training program and now have a leads program, which in my opinion has more downfalls than productive but for new people who have no idea what they are doing, it’s a good concept.

      Cons

      Volitile and hostile work environment. Favoritisms is a widely known and publicized issue. If you polled 100 employees, 80 percent would tell you that at some point they felt they were on the opposite end of favoritism. Office leadership is horrible. They bring down the morale of the team. A lot of gossip from leadership which brings a sense of distrust from the employees. It’s u fortunate because TEK was a great place to work years ago. It seems as though their leadership training has really gone under and no one is willing to recognize it. Diversity and inclusion might as well go out the window. Don’t believe me, seek out pst employees who’s been impacted by this. they will be more than honest about how they felt here.

      Somewhat laid back work culture. Friends outside of work. Collaborative environment

      Cons

      Extremely micromanaged here. Don't expect to go into work with your own plan and be able to execute it without being bothered by Account Managers micromanaging your whole day. Pay structure was changed and you don't get compensated with commission nearly as much as you should
