      Pros

      - large company, more anonymity to smaller roles - solid direct managers and work/life balance - very easy to leave work at work - clear structures to move up in departments

      Cons

      - transparency is non-existent from upper leaders - tailor each contract specifically with a client which leads to infinitely different parameters for each client for the same processes - this is a sales company - the sales teams are always given the benefit of the doubt and every other departments needs to cede to the sales team regardless of how unreasonable the ask is - another corporate company that claims their culture is incredibly - 'family' atmosphere at work
