Pros
I interned here. And think it's a great place to experience for an internship. As far as IT staffing, I really do believe they are one of the best firms out there. Also, great place for sales minded individuals. Recruiting isn't so much about helping people as it is selling.
Cons
Accepted a full time role and my new office was dramatically different than my past office. On my first day as a "joke" I was told not to speak spanish- and numerous other times where there inappropriate comments made about my ethnicity and culture and sometimes even gender (I really could write a novel). Masculine dominated atmosphere, once our DBO brought in cheerleaders posters to some of his favorite male account managers and the male account managers then continued to make derogatory comments about the women on the poster in an open area. Overall, my time at my new branch was horrendous from a cultural standpoint and I couldn't believe how much insensitivity to diversity and inclusion the individuals that make up this company are. Leadership definitely understands why D&I are important, but they have a longggg way to create more change for the individuals that make up this large company.
