The company is a former shell of itself. Especially the Minnesota office. Corporate take over has stripped the MN DBO of all autonomy and is destroying the business and the local office. The industry is changing but the company refuses to invest in changes that make a real difference. If you haven’t worked here for 15+ years good luck. Leadership praises the internal support of tenure folks but they don’t support the new employees like they did themselves back in the 90’s. If you do decide to work here it will give you great experience for what ever you chose to next but it’s simply a stepping stone company. This is a luck based role. Maybe you get a great territory, maybe your stuck with a dry territory and forced to cold call the same 100 people for a Panera gift card and told “find small wins”
