Good at providing Employee Benefits like Leaves, Goodies and Encouragement. Good at providing all documents needed as per the request. Good for the Freshers who are really needed for the job with less pay comparatively with current market standards. Good tracking for the employee details with detail execution. Good at giving designation which helps you on employee future.
Cons
Bad at offering Good pay as per the current market standards. Very poor in giving Hikes at proper time as they promised - (2 to 3 months delay as per the candidate and follow up) Poor interaction on providing employee satisfaction.
