No career growth. No contact with lower or upper management. No contact at all. No room for negotiations. No competitive pay. No annual raises. No bonuses. The short answer is that Teksystems business model is to deliver the lowest possible labor bid to an employer by cutting as much away from the employees as possible. Honestly, you're better off going in as a private contractor under your own s-corp, or as a 1099. Otherwise you're just letting Teksystems skim 30% off your salary for absolutely nothing.
