      Firstly, they understand what you need and provide the appropriate opportunity. Super helpful HRs. Workwise , I am working for HSBC via Teksystems and these 4 months have been nothing but great. Its all learning and learning along with taken care of aspects we want to achieve as part of our career.

      1.You get to work with really good clients.Even your whole interview process would be conducted by client only.Good learning . 2.The Tek Systems recruiting team is amazing,they try to answer all your concerns.You can reach out to them at any time and they will be available for you in the complete hiring process. 3.The compensation is good.

      Cons

      1.WLB completely dependent on client . 2.Sense of belonging to a company reduces as your daily interaction will be with client only. And you will be on C2H for the client,so it will be demanding. 3.Lots of work pressure and challenging work environment but again it depends on client.
