Pros
I have been working with Teksystems for more than a year now and here are the amazing pros--
1. HRs are extremely supportive and helpful which is rare of rarest thing that i have seen elsewhere.
2. There is an HR named Neha Sinha who is very honest, extremely supportive and pro-active for getting the things done. From my interview processes to onboarding at Expedia, she was closely working with both me and expedia. She has an exceptional sense of professionalism.
3. Now comes the best of the best part wherein Neha use to connect twice a month to check how the things are at our end. This keeps me highly motivated.
3. Every single person (right from HRs to my colleagues) are damn supportive.
