Pros

You will get a good salary. While working here you will probably get good raises. Fully remote

Cons

Little time for yourself, lots of working hours. So many administrative tasks and required courses that take a lot of your time to actually work. High stress and anxiety environment. Little to no division of types of task, you get what you get even if you've got no experience doing it.
