Pros
- Great work-life balance and pay to effort is really good. The work is generally not too difficult. The things that take long are usually trial and error and nothing brain intensive. - Excellent benefits. Pension plan matching, and nice stock options - Everyone is amazing to work with. TELUS hires more for personality over skills. - Remote work with options to work in person is amazing
Cons
- Layoffs have been consistent the past year so not stable - Pay is lower than many companies but then again the pay to effort is really good. The pay is actually pretty good generally. - Skill development won't be as much as in other companies.
