      Choosing your own hours No talking/phones

      Cons

      Need to pass a test in order to work there. Lack of tasks, you don't get paid if there is none available. Lack of support, higher-ups only contact you through e-mail with generic answers to your question. Loves to accuse workers of wrongdoing.
