been here back then. few weeks before regularization I tried to quit because of the bullying I'm getting from my teammates (i am not doing well in performance, the lowest) back then but I retracted it after the operations manager spoke to me for retention. however on the 5th month of my employment, they decided to term me due to 'performance' which I believe was not true till this day. almost ruined my career and traumatized. also, their salary offers are fixed monthly depending on the account/campaign regardless of your experience and days rendered on a the payslip.
