Great benefits and remote work, but stress from sales targets

Excellent Benefits, Work from Home setting, equipment provided by company, competitive salary

Cons

1.) eventhough you are inbound call centre agent, still must meet the monthly sales quota 2.) very stressful if you cant meet the sales target as you will be coached everytime. 3.) it was hard to be a permanent full-time unless there will be a vacant post.
