- There is a great work/life balance at TELUS - Fellow employees are good to work with - Big company which promotes lateral and vertical movement in your career

Cons

- Employees not always rewarded for staying with company long term. Often difficult to move up without first moving to another company.

Allows for working from home and the benefits are pretty good. The employee stock purchase plan is really quite great.

Cons

Very low salary compared to industry averages. Many managers tell the employees that there is a priority to make things better and survey the team to find out what's wrong, but nothing ever really changes year after year.
