      Good work life policies. Your value is counted and you given responsibilities to execute a task. No micromanagement and supporting leaders

      Cons

      Difficult to implement a change. Average age is high Compensation for contractors is not good. Fixed hours and more work

      makes you feel at home if you get the culture...welcoming / supportive. friendly. High on CSR and is very proud.

      Cons

      Not the best pay master....pegs itself at the median of market. Not necessarily the best structure for career planning / development and support
