very professional teams bussines,IT and engineering great community involvement : give where you live program work/life balance - many positions provide with remote deliverables options

Cons

all will depend on manager you get to work with not all department are equal from work ethics perspective work/life balance - working from home makes you practically available 24/7 for the work purpose
