      Pros

      > Great Pay > Benefits start on the first day you're enployed (while you're still in training) > Start with 3 wks vacation and then after 3 yrs you get 4 weeks (plus 3 personal days off) > Paid sick time > Performance bonus > Pension Plan > Telus shares/stocks > Community work > Great deal on cell phone and rate plan > "Points" are given as rewards when stats are met or for perfect attendance which can be redeemed in items or gift cards from various stores around canada

      Cons

      > Takes a very long time to get good shifts as it's based on seniority (but this comes because of a GOOD thing as it's very rare that employees leave so it takes longer for posts to become available)

      Pros

      Average Pay, Benefits, Stock purchase plan. Large growing corporation with an upward stock price. Company was flush with cash for any business purpose.

      Cons

      "Passion for change" value should be "Passion for Positive change". The constant change in this company is not warranted. The decisions of numerous departments above the customer service level compounded daily at customer serving level. No respect for CSR position. Many departments sent offshore. Advancement is a popularity contest.
