      Disorganized High price of product Customers are very negative Big Telecom has a bad reputation Retail side is a mess (to many kids working in stores)

      Generally reasonable hours Work and Life Balance is ok Telecommuting is supported Fairly good benefits plan Co-workers are generally good

      Pay's less than market Very top-down control & command type of environment Archaic management style with top down metrics, objectives that become meaningless at the work level Can be very "telco" like. People simply waiting for retirement results in glacier speed innovation

      Pros

      Types of work, the supportive environment from management, great people, great leadership and learning and development. Excellent brand, great workplace facilities! Flexible work styles is encouraged!

      Cons

      Compensation is average even though the benefits are good. Too many processes that slow down projects. leadership still has conventional view of how to lead their teams.
