      Opportunities for growth, benefits and learning processes Challenge,pay,advantages. Innovation and every tool available for learning. Good mission and vision,and good leadership up on the top.

      Cons

      Having been working for Telus for some 5 years, i would say that the company must try something new to differerenceate itself with the others.

      Great new office space downtown, flexible work work styles (many employees work several days a week at home), fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      Compensation, often direction given by executives is unclear, bonus structure has been changed so that employees have been receiving less compensation every year for past 3 years.
