Pros
Large National (and some International, but who wants to live in Guatemala !) company with lots of opportunities in various roles and backgrounds. Militarism within union ranks has diminished significantly with large scale attrition of senior members and new, realistic CA's.
Cons
"Competitive Pay" level means well below industry levels, significant clawback in benefits for management over many years with regular increase in costs; very clique management means many jobs/promotions/pay increases go to those with good networks and connections (performance cycle can mean very little)
