      Good benefits Excellent co-workers Work flexibility If you stumble into a good manager, it's amazing, however good managers are extremely rare

      Cons

      Low morals displayed by upper management (using telus assets/policies for personal gain). Frequent public temper tantrums by upper management Highly politicized with lots of finger-pointing. Taking responsibility, results in firing or punishment Lots of mini-empires "warring" with each other, creates bad policies, and slows real change Management leadership training is fluff, learn by fire or not at all.       Pros

      Work life balance is good with tlexible working schedule. the ability to work from home is excellent. Salary and overall compensation is average.

      Cons

      No incentive to work harder or make significant achievements as it is seldomly recognized and rewarded. No significant pay raises for over 5 years. Top performer and average performer get essentially the same pay.

      - fast paced, interesting work - nice people, young team members - good location, decent benefits - interesting industry and projects

      Cons

      - compensation packages degrading quickly - inexistent work-personal balance - very limited promotion possibilities - too much politics and too many cumbersome processes
