      Pros

      TELUS is a great organization to work for. From my experience, I've been very fortunate to be surrounded by amazing people! TELUS strongly promotes work / life balance as well, it highly supports a flexible work style (i.e. working remotely in different locations, from home, in office etc).

      Cons

      The organization highly supports career growth and development, the support all comes down to your immediate manager. So if you have a great manager you are set, otherwise, it could be difficult. This also goes the same way with compensation increases.

      good benefits, good staff, solid friendships, flexible to work from home, great professional development

      Cons

      very bureaucratic internal processes, many many operational silos, VERY difficult to find the work-home balance, intrusive managers who dont understand privacy aross the provinces

      Pros

      Work life balance is good with tlexible working schedule. the ability to work from home is excellent. Salary and overall compensation is average.

      Cons

      No incentive to work harder or make significant achievements as it is seldomly recognized and rewarded. No significant pay raises for over 5 years. Top performer and average performer get essentially the same pay.
