      A challenging but enjoyable environment

      Pros

      The pay is good. Lots of challenges. The people make the place worthwhile. Because we work in adynamic industry there is always an opportunity for the company to do and sell new services.

      Cons

      Flat organization with little opportinuity to move around. There is also a lot of turnover, particlarly in the IT side of the business.

      Pros

      The Benefits are great there, pay is compareable to other companies with the same position. Most of the staff is friendly. It is a great playce to get experience.

      Cons

      Most departments are under staffed. Most staff is expected to take on projects over and above there normal functions. It can be a very stressful place to work. Budgets are always cut back causing it hard to have resources to complete things comfortably.
