      A lot of flexibility, a lot of responsibility

      Pros

      Flexible on work location - can work from home or other offices. Good benefits package including stock purchase plan. Education is a priority.

      Cons

      Direct Contribution Pension Plan instead of RRSP matching. Heavy workload. Not many friendships between employees. Nowhere appropriate to eat lunch in the office.

      Pros

      TELUS is a place where you can grow. If you are willing to work hard the company will reward you. Benifits are awesome and the work life balance is always taken into account.

      Cons

      There really is no downside, however like I said above, you are asked to work hard and for that you are rewarded, however due to cuts across the board in all industries (not the fault of Telus) the last bonus payout left something to be desired. Then again at least we got something while most didn't.
