      Pros

      Pay and benefits are great. If you need time off, you can get it and not affect your performance or job status. Management really cares about the employees.

      Cons

      The shiftwork. If you are a single parent, perhaps not the best choice.

      Pros

      Flexible and relaxed if you decided to be lazy. If you are under good manager, it's better.

      Cons

      Overall, since merge with the TELUS landline, the used to be young culture been disappeared. Especially too many process to follow.

      Pros

      Flexibility & professionalism. TELUS walks the walk when it's able - gives full ability for appropriate employees to have work-life balance by telecommuting, adjusting hours, etc. Generally lots of resources for one to draw on (other employees, funding for projects).

      Cons

      Some issues with getting things done - it seems to take a while. Not much different than other large companies. Sometimes we coddle our employees too much and don't hold them accountable.
