      Pros

      Telus is a company that believes in business ownership culture and ensures that it's employees are valued and recognized to help establish this culture. Employee engagement is a top priority in TELUS. TELUS, is a company that also creates a respectful workplace environment and that makes me want to get up to go to work everyday!

      At times overworked,senior management sometimes forgets the work life balance importance.

      Pros

      do your work and advancement opportunities are there - all you have to do is prove yourself. there is good pretty okay benefits and the pay is great. you have to start from somewhere but even if you start at the bottom from the beginnig if you show that you have the will to work and succeed and grow it will happen. its a great location and although like a lot of call centres there is a lot of turn around there is also a lot of advancement. i have seen people move up in three months to more than 4 dollars more an hour

      hard to get vacation and LOA - even when its valid

      Great personnel, great company. Best telco in Canada in terms of customer service.

      Things are somewhat slow. Lots of meetings, etc. Big enterprise.
