Pros

Work from home, pick your own hours…to an extent, paid weekly

Cons

Low pay, no tasks available to work for days to months on end, terrible communication, lots of grey area but you can get QA for it anyway

Pros

Working from home and having steady income

Cons

The compensation is VERY low for the market. The expectations for sessions/scheduling is unrealistic- with the level of skill and professional experience required to provide EAP sessions. Having little time in between sessions or additional support from management is a HUGE problem. There have been times where people ask for help and it goes unanswered for hours. The managers are nice but it does not seem like they are well equipped to manage the work that is required of them.

Pros

For my position as a data analyst/rater there was an incredible amount of flexibility, and the pay was adequate for the work getting done. Everyone on the team was nice as well.

Cons

As an online/remote worker it could feel quite separated from the team and communication could be a little slow.
