      Pros

      Although large, they care about their employees and there are plenty of perks. The benefits are great as well.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up within the organization. They promote internal candidates first usually, however, there is not much shifting within management to open up positions.

      If you're on a good team/department you'll find the following is true: - Great opportunities to learn and grow your career - Highly successful, innovative and organized teams - Excellent benefits, perks and incentives for those who work hard - Incredibly talented and gracious professionals to work with - Flexible work schedules/styles; working remotely is common and little micro-managing

      - Transparency is still an issue between HR/executives and general employees - Some rules don't apply to all employees across the board

      Pros

      Department colleagues and management were excellent; therefore, I enjoyed my time here and learned about management structure.

      Cons

      I was not supported by some of the upper management on certain projects so it made the work environment stressful.
