Remote work, with all the necessary equipment provided by the company. Helpful team leads and management, open and quick to help.

Cons

Cares too much about KPI, with so many different targets that sometimes work against achieving each other. Can be overwhelmed with the amount of workload and a frequent change of the workflow. Sometimes HR people seem like they had no prior training, they have no idea of certain labour laws.
