TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) reviews

This was one of the most difficult professional environments I’ve experienced. Leadership changes created uncertainty, and there was a significant lack of direction and support from management. The culture felt negative and misaligned, and employee turnover was high. I did not feel that concerns were handled in a constructive or professional manner. I would recommend that anyone considering employment here carefully evaluate whether the management structure and workplace culture align with their expectations.

Lack of sick PTO pool, quarterly bonuses were taken away with very little communication, leadership sees personnel being behind and ignores it and offers no help or support.
