Pros

Relaxed work environment, close parking by doors, HR is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. You get a community vibe. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Train yourself and constantly asking supervisors for new items to learn. Slow gradual growth as you train yourself. Coworkers do not help and are just focused on their items.

Training, flexibility, holiday & b-day celebrations, good outside smoke/exterior break area, decent parking made available

Cons

Isolating, confusing interior layout for new hires, odd aesthetics, small bathrooms, HR sends released employee/contractor notifications to everyone
