Pros

Flexible start time, great pay

Cons

High expectations for production regardless of complexity. Can become tedious and boring after a while. Quiet atmosphere - little interaction with co-workers can make you feel pretty isolated.

The flexibility is great. It is not a great place if you want to do move up.

Pros

The schedule is very flexible and everyone is very nice. It is simply hard to move up in the compan due mostly to the size.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth mostly due to the size of the company. When positions open up they are not always given to the best person for the position. Who gets the position is based more on politics then the competence.
