Disconnect between departments because they are scattered in different locations, rudeness and laziness seem to be rewarded and a promotable attribute. .Constant meeting but no change d because each department is allowed (accounting, it, product management, sales, customer service, dc operations) to maintain own agenda instead of forcing to work cohesively while integrating but also understanding the different dynamics of each business unit.
