Great coworkers but long hours and lack of support

You have great co workers and can meet some interesting people.

Cons

The schedule is long and serious because you’re working weekends as well. As an assistant you are at the bottom of the totem pole and are always treated like it. Some basic needs weren’t met (like supplying water in the office)
