Pros

Some very nice employees who still come to work with a sense of pride in themselves.

Cons

So many. Poor ownership, non-qualified "leaders"! Lack of supplies, employees, equipment, direction. 12-14 hour days are the norm. The worst benefits. I could go on and on.
