conditions are kinda bad cold and hot dock get slick open to the elements you can get fired easy

Lack of work They’ll hire you and then starve you out! Equipment and facilities in poor condition

The pay and benefits are great for the area but mediocre overall

Cons

The work enviornment promotes the "Do it yourself" mindset while upper management tries to convince you to be a team player. All in all everyone is used just like a tool to get a singular job done at a time and reacting to problems as they come up. Mistakes weigh heavily as intended by upper management with very little practical training or guidance to improve.
