Gotten much worse since T Force Freight bought the company.

Pros

Good benefits, especially for part timers. Supervisors I deal with on a daily basis were good people.

Cons

Seems like there's no real direction for the company. No opportunity for advancement, like becoming full time or getting CDL. Last couple of years the lay offs have been more frequent. Most of the forklifts are in bad shape.
