Good pay and some great people that want to help company

Cons

Poor management, they won't listen to you. Get used to daily calls about potential lay offs. Owner stated we had to many "fat cows". Think he meant management, so they lay off great employees and take away bonuses to increase managements.

Awful! I relocated myself and daughter to VA for this job and company only for them to lay me off abruptly. I was never written up, I put in 60 hrs weeks with no extra comp. I outpaced all my peers but somehow was let go with no explanation. I was likely a DEI hire. This company does not value people. Provided a two week severance off of a 65k salary. Management is clueless, they don't know their numbers and everyone's just fumbling through it all. The culture is trash, there are no formal reviews nor coaching or professional development. Company lies about bonus and time they do pay it, it's spread over quarters. Worst decision I ever made.

Tforce doesn't have the money UPS had and they are cutting costs in the wrong areas.
