Pros
Only pro was my colleagues that I worked with at my level- we all felt like a family due to going through all the challenges
Cons
Upper management- only cared about what e benefited themselves. Previous Florida manager made multiple rude/insulting to me. Worse manager i have worked for. No direction- would change initiatives weekly- we had no idea what to focus our time in due to weekly changes. Benefits- almost nonexistent No work/life balance No job security
