No communication from above strictly based on numbers and there formula is all they look at you are part of that formula no freight no work 5 years or 25 years you don't matter

Pay and benefits pretty good from the union contract

Cons

Always cutting runs and routes for the numbers game they play , doesn't care if the customers freight gets delivered !road runs always getting cut while they contact work out to subcontractors

Senior leadership struggling with transition from United Parcel Service. Elimination of performance base bonus eliminates desire to do more in a company that is constantly changing procedures. Micromanagement is on a level unseen before from Senior to mid management.
