      Good pay and benefits for now

      You are just a number, they lay off a lot, cut routes, constantly try to write drivers up, no help on the routes bc they leave drivers home, same management from ups and they are ru Ning it into the ground yet again.

      Pros

      Easy job and flexible hours. It is also unionized and so there are protections in place for sick leave and vacation. People on the dock are generally really cool people.

      Cons

      The management is very toxic, they are also reactionary rather than active when an issue arises. Most of the time they will wait until the last possible moment to solve an issue and if they aren't personally effected by the issue they will not fix it.
