Pros

Successfully turning around the dumpster fire that was UPS Freight. Big focus on developing more CDL drivers.

Cons

Gaining a reputation for not paying bills, employees derisively call the company TFarce, lack of communication between management and union employees. No incentives for management, training management or retaining management talent. Lack of tech solutions.

Terminal to terminal. Simple operation.

Cons

Constant flip flopping of your working hrs.One day you drive daytime the next you drive nights. Poor weekly miles. Poor to no information flow!
