Pros

THE RIGHT STAFF acknowledges and appreciates hard work and commitment. They keep the best intentions of the employees in mind. If someone isn't succeeding in one position, they don't just fire them and move on to the next. They work with the employee to find the position within the firm that best fits them. They also promote from within and encourage employees to succeed with their own book of business, you get out of it what you put into it. The strong team relationships, open door management style and smart business strategies makes it a solid and enjoyable company to work for.

I love my job!

Pros

I have worked for 2 other staffing agencies in my past, and this one by far has the best business model. The CEO takes and listens to your thoughts and ideas, and wants to hear your input.

Cons

Occasionally you have to work a late night (2 hours past original time off), due to filling big orders. But, they compensate you with PTO hours.

Pros

Commission potential, tight-knit teams, long-standing clients as well as new clients coming in, some degree of branch independence/decentralization

Cons

Client management issues and expectations consistently leave recruiters on the short-end of the stick; training new employees often leads directly into managing brand new accounts with minimum assistance and immediate sales-side pressure;
