Fun projects. Nice facilities, including spacious dining area & break room. Very Talented team of good developers. Fair pay. Austin is a great city for the game industry type.

Cons

Managment/Workplace culture did not encourage collaboration between departments or creative input. Almost all creative decisions top down. Extreme job instability/insecurity due to parent company performance issues.
