      Retirement plan in addition to 401k.

      Cons

      -Jobs have been sent to India. -Work from home program has been eliminated. -Flexibility for work/life balance has been significantly reduced. -Too many layers of red tape. -No opportunities to advance.

      Pros

      Culture of putting customer first, encouraging ethical behavior and deliver high performance. Presence of outstanding leaders and sr managers. Competitive salary and excellent benefits ;) Location (Charlotte) in support of work-life balance and cost of living!

      Cons

      Pockets of incompetence and bureaucracy (which is reducing every year). Lack of immigration sponsorship for would-be permanent residents and citizens.
