Struggling to find direction

Pros

Company has long history of giving highest focus to customer service. Employees are dedicated to that mission and to their work. Work from home is allowed. Good benefits.

Cons

Senior management is not aligned - continual org restructuring. Many, many pet projects - trying to be all things, very political... Every project is priority 1. Culture of favorites and hiring friends.

Pros

Location. Ability to work from home.

Cons

No work/life balance - layoffs have left too few people to do the work and many of us are doing work that used to be done by 2 or 3 people previously. Absolutely no transparency regarding salary range, where you fall within that range and what you can do to earn more. Constant cutbacks on employee benefits. Antiquated technology. No focus on career development.
